The Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine is operated by G.M.G. Da Vinci Health Ltd (Reg, no: HE 356332), Panayia Aimatousa 300, Aradippou 7101, Larnaca, Cyprus (admin@institute-davinci.com).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.collegenaturalmedicine.com website (“the Site”) and your relationship with Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the terms and conditions stated here, please do not register for or use the Site. Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Please note that to make a purchase on the Site, you are required to register as an authorised user on the site.

1. Registration, Password and security

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

When you register to use the Site you will be sent a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services (see below for contact details) immediately.

If Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

2. Promotional offers

Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If your order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods.

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine ignores this, Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and any disputes will be decided only by the Cypriot courts.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Product Terms

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).

10. Prices

All orders shipped to the UK and EU Countries (mostly books for courses) and have prices expressed in Euro (€) and include all duty payable, unless otherwise stated. All goods sent to other countries outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes/duty when shipped. If you place an order outside EU countries, where the goods may be subject to tax/duty and you refuse to pay the tax/duty and/or any other charges on delivery or attempted delivery of goods ordered, resulting in the goods being returned or destroyed, Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine will not refund the goods or shipping charges.

Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

11. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular course as sometimes they are being updated and offline, we will ensure that you are refunded your funds in total.

12. Acceptance

The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

13. Delivery of Products

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. Most course materials are online and therefore the student may begin their studies immediately upon receiving their username and password, which is usually sent with 48 hours of clearing the funds.

b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

14. Returns of items

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. As most of the courses are online and the student is given access to these more or less immediately upon purchase, then we must insist on a strict no-return policy as the material will already have been viewed and downloaded as soon as access is allowed.

So please think carefully before placing your order – all the information you require to make up your mind is on the www.collegenaturalmedicine.com site. You may email us on admin@institute-davinci.com for any queries you may have before deciding.

Any damaged parcels or books and other educational material sent must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Cancellation and changes

If your order has not been processed from the point of ordering and you have not been sent your username and password for accessing the course materials, then it is possible to cancel the order for a refund, minus a 5% administration processing fee. All orders that require cancellation must be notified within 7 days of purchase and proof of the purchase receipt must be sent by email.

Should you wish to change your course before processing, then please notify us immediately on admin@institute-davinci.com and let us know which course you would like. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, then there is a strict non-return policy as mentioned above. Therefore, please think carefully before choosing your courses.

All courses purchased are active for one year only from the date of payment, whether the student accesses the courses or not.

If you have lost your username and password, then simply email us at admin@institute-davinci.com and we will issue it again.

16. Payment

You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit or debit cards, or by using your PayPal account. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access. Payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You may also send funds through bank transfer to our main bank – simply email us for instructions.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

All payments are made in EUROS.

17. General

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.

If any of these Product Terms are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Information on the Website

The information provided on this website does not seek to diagnose disease, or to replace medical advice. Proper medical advice should be sought in the first instance. Please exercise caution when taking nutritional supplements and herbal remedies, if the products you wish to purchase have been recommended by you practitioner, it is important to disclose your full medical history and current medication details to avoid potential contra-indications. 20. Right to Practice

Student agrees and understands that all coursework is given by correspondence. Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine Degree programs do not guarantee a graduate the right to practice in the field of natural health, health counselling and/or consultation, or to practice any form of medicine without state approval.

It is the student’s responsibility to seek advice from their own countries regarding whether they can practice Holistic Medicine after obtaining the degree.

Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine Degree programs expressly reserves the right to change without notice all information contained herein; including, but not limited to, the following: fees and tuition, policy and procedures, degrees offered, required coursework and course offerings, and/or degree/academic requirements.
